Getting 1 Year multiple entry Visa in China

Foreign citizen works in China become very common nowadays. A Foreign invested company (WFOE, Joint Venture, Partnership Enterprise) or Foreign Representative office are eligibleto hire foreign staff as long as the staff meets some of the requirements. Work permit for Legal Representative of a WFOE or Chief Representative of a Rep. Office: PtC provides free service charge to help you get a 1 year work & residence permit.

Work permit for rest employee of a WFOE or Rep. Office: PTC helps get 1 year work & residence permit for your overseas emloyee in China

One year Residence permit for Family Member: PTC helps your spouse or Live-in partner, your parents, your children to get 1 year residence permit in China.


     

Note: Even where all work permit and residence permit requirements are met, clients should not assume that they can gain it automatic. The Chinese immigration authorities, local Labor Bureau have the right to refuse any person permission to work and residence in China.
