They may ask you show a business license, and bring photos etc, please ask for help from PTC, we will print out one business license.

5. Health Report (Not required for child less than 18 years old)

Cost: RMB 3,800. It's RMB 2,800 service fee+government fee(according the the gov. receipt, around RMB1,000)
