Total outsourced solution

PathToChina.com has managed the complete supply chain responsibilities for an overseas client. We were responsible for all of the tactical deliverables from after an order was released to the product was delivered at the client's door. Some items included selecting the appropriate China supplier, ensuring production was on schedule, managing the quality control, and managing the logistics.

Turnkey solution

One of our clients saw the need for a purchasing center in China , however needed to show tangible results prior to employing expensive Expats to run the operation. In this case, PathToChina.com was called upon to get the process started thus eliminating our clients fixed expenses. Once certain deliverables were met, the client came in with some of their own staff as well as took over some staff that PathToChina.com had dedicated to this assignment.
