  • 8 A.M. leaves Shanghai and arrive YiWu at 12:30 P.M.
  • 12:40 Check-in and Have Lunch

  • 6 P.M. back to Hotel and have some rest.

Introduction of YiWu

Situated in the middle of Zhejiang Province, Yiwu is an emerging city with huge market potentials.As the world largest supermarket of consumer goods, the Yiwu Int'l Commodities Market covers an area of 460,000 square meters encompassing 50,000 booths or market stalls with over 200,000 merchants. The market consists of 320,000 products of 1,502 categories in 34 industries. According to the statistics of UNCTAD, Yiwu accounts for over three fifths of the total 500,000 products from around the world. The transaction volume at the Yiwu market has ranked the first for 14 years in a row among the wholesales markets of different industries in China.

In 2004 alone, there were over 180,000 visits to Yiwu made by overseas businessmen or visitors.
